Starting on Thursday 15th April the Running Bear 6-week Transformation Race will help you prepare to take on a 10k between Thursday 27th May and Wednesday 2nd June and we're going to be with you every step of the way!
The Transformation race is suitable for everyone, including C25K graduates and more experienced 10k runners looking to improve on their best time with help from our coaches and supportive community.

Complete 10k between Thursday 27th May and Wednesday 2nd June and submit proof of your 10k via the link in your race entry email. Your confirmation email is important to enable you to upload your data so please keep this handy! You can upload a link to your 10K run data for example Garmin Connect, Polar Flow, TrainingPeaks, Strava etc or upload a screen shot of your watch or uploaded run. Once you've completed your 10k you'll also feature on the 10k leaderboard.
