After running your best 5k in February, challenge yourself for a personal best in March!
Having a goal to work towards is important to maintain motivation and an opportunity to connect with other runners via RBRC. Our 5k series is the perfect way to see how much can you improve your 5k time by in a short space of time! Having set a benchmark in February now is the time to improve this time throughout March. Don't forget we have special prizes up for grabs for the most improved and fastest performances! But no cheating, we'll be watching! 👀

With weekly training plans from Coach Nick and a knowledgeable and supportive community, you're in safe hands! We'll be sharing our top tips to help you set a new personal best and offering some pawesome prizes along the way recognising improvements and awarding spot prizes! Complete your second 5k by Wednesday 31st March! Run anywhere, any time, the only condition is that you complete a distance of 5k (or slightly longer!) and upload your time to the Nifty website via the link in your entry confirmation email.
